Swami Vivekanand Medical Mission Hospital conducted a health check-up camp at butibori with the help of L&T. Routine check-up done along with ophthalmology, gyn/obs and general surgery. Total 270 patients availed the benefits of camp.

Activity on poshan Maah was conducted by Indian Dietetic Association, Nagpur Chapter and Educate “Importance of Nutrition” to Nursing School girls at Swami Vivekananda Medical Mission hospital on the occasion of Nutrition Month.

International Nurses Day celebrated under chairperson of Shri. Ulhas Bujone (Jt. Secretary) at Swami Vivekanand Medical Mission on 8th May to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Florence Nightingale and to mark the nurses contributions towards community health care. Mrs. Vibhangini Deoputra (Principle) and Dr. Arun Ame (MS) has addressed to nursing student and staff for providing better services, innovation, inspiration, influence and facilities for the patients to provide quality health care.

On occasion of Swami Vivekanand Anniversary Week, on 12th January 2018, Pooja and wreath of Swami Vivekananda statue was done by Shri Ashish Dutta (HR, L&T) and Dr. Dilip Gupta (Director, SVMM). In this celebration, doctors of the hospital, staff and students of nursing school were present. On this occasion between 13th to 20th Jan 2018, various treatment camps were organized. For Hospital staffs and their family members, various sporting events also organised.

A Health Camp was organised at Heti (Umred) with the help of Vishwa Manav Kalyan Sansthan on 31st dec 2017. Total 220 patients screening and fre medicine distributed to needy. Campy inauguration by hand of Dr. Dilip Gupta (Chairman, SVMM). Shri Ulhas Bujone (Jt. Secretary, SVMM) and Adv. Raman Senad were also present.
