Thought of the day

DONATIONS

Look upon every man, woman and everyone as god. You cannot help any one. You can only serve children of the lord. Serve the lord himself, if you have the privilege. If the lord grants that you can help any of his children, blessed you are. Do not think too much of yourself. Blessed you are that the privilege was given to you when others had it not. Do it only as worship. The poor and the miserable are only for our salvation, so that we may serve the lord coming in the shape of the diseased, coming in the shape of a lunatic, the leper and the sinner.

Swami Vivekanand

India is a vast Country with divorced language, divorced custom & culture, multi-ethenic culture with different ethos. Hence, it becomes imperative on SVMM staff to ensure proper socials balance is maintained while undertaking multli-farious activities.

When talking about India as as Nation, great leader Mahatma Gandhi said, “India leaves in villages & not in town or cities”. We at SVMM too share the same philosophy. India basically is a agricultural country where, 70% of its population leaves in villages. They are deprived of most of the good things & the advances of science & technologies & it is here SVMM has as big role to play. We ad SVMM want to reach out to this unfortunate ones & bring in a healthy smile on their faces through proper & systematic medical care, where we believe more in the same that “Prevention is better than cure”.

Well in the end, we at SVMM fully appreciate that some great persons had a DREAM & he was ably supported by other founder members to convert that dream into a VISION & through the support of many self-less volunteers the vision was translated into REALITY & this reality is their to be seen by present generation & will continue to be seen by many generations in future.

We at SVMM cannot forget the huge contributions of the donors. Without their donations, the REALILTY would not have happened & unless these donations continue in large amounts, we will not be able to achieve further progress in ‘serving the poor &: needy”. At the same time we also cannot forget the invaluable contribution & sacrifice of many volunteers in building this “TEMPLE OF MEDICAL CARE”. If any one wants to participate in the mission of SVMM, through voluntary service or through the donations, we all welcome them with open arms.
